The approximate timetable for key stages of the development process are listed below:
Term 1, 2013:
Design and construction of temporary accommodation, detailed design stage, building consent.
Term 1 and 2, 2013:
Tender stage.
Term 2, 2013
: Staff relocate to temporary accommodation.
August 2013 - August 2014:
Construction phrase.
September 2014:
New buildings opened and occupied.
