Hi my name is Joanne (Jo) Studer.  I am a mother of 3 beautiful children (Mitchell 12, Olivia 11 and Elly 7).  Elly is profoundly deaf due to pneumococcal Meningitis and is now bilaterally Cochlear Implanted. My husband and I own and operate our own self storage business in Hamilton and the greater Waikato.

I have been and am currently involved in kindy and sports committees as well as school PTAs.

For 3 years I was involved with the Meningitis Trust.  I would like to be on the Board of Trustees to help give input from the Waikato region. I also have the desire to get involved in the education for deaf children.
