Responsible for and has an overview of long-term strategic direction for all School staff and departments
Deputy Head of School
Curriculm Manager and responsible for, and have overview of, the day to day operation of Departments (staff and students) within their scope: Year 9 - 15 
Assistant Head of School
Responsible for the day to day running of Years 1 - 6 with focus on ESOL programmes
Specialist Services
Responsible for the day to day management of  the Specialist Services team (Speech Language Therapists, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and Psychologist
Senior Teachers
Responsible for the day to day running of their department in their Statellite (based with a partner school) 
Teachers of the Deaf
Responsible for timetabled planning and teaching programme of learning to students ensuring access to and adaptation of the curriculum  
Educational Interpreters
Responsible for Interpreting NZSL / English (and English / NZSL) providing students access to the curriculum 
Educational Associates
